All Sales Are Final (Hygiene Policy)
Due to the nature of our products (lip care and cosmetics), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for:
Items damaged during shipping
Incorrect items received
Canceled orders (before processing)
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for hygiene reasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will cover only the product price.
