 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your order’s journey.

Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 International Shipping 
We currently ship to more than 24 countries.
Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or Lost Packages
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
If your package is lost in transit, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We will assist when possible but cannot be held responsible once the package leaves our facility.
